Returns Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor color/design variations due to lighting or screen differences
Important Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a return, replacement, or refund, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
- Ensure the package label and product are clearly visible in the video
- Send the unboxing video to our support team as proof
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Please contact us immediately after receiving the order if there is any issue
Refund & Replacement Process
- Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval
